Employee list - This report contains employment information such as branch, department, job title, position, manager, and personal details.

Absence report - User sees a list of lost workdays.

Phone book - This report displays contact details for each employee, including phone number, extension, mobile phone, pager, and fax.

Query generator - This tool features a simple language for creating database queries and defining reports. Users can specify the data from any field to create a detailed or summary report. Once a query is defined, it can be saved in the query library for future use. The report editor can be used to refine and change existing queries.

Query wizard - This tool is similar to the query generator, but it allows users to generate queries using a wizard to step them through the process. This tool is helpful to users unfamiliar with SQL syntax.
